Most Maltese mornings start with a bag of pre-ground coffee, a stovetop moka, and a kitchen full of compromises. The Virtuoso10 Pro retires all of that.

It is a fully automatic bean-to-cup machine — drop the beans in the top, press one button, and a freshly ground, freshly tamped, 19-bar pre-brewed espresso is in your cup in under 40 seconds. The dual-motor system separates grinding and extraction so the pump never bogs down — you get the same crema on cup one and cup five. Pre-brewing wets the puck for an even extraction; the result is a thick, glossy crema you can balance a sugar cube on.

The milk side is genuinely good. The detachable carafe holds 250 mL of fresh milk, slots into the right of the machine via a magnetic dock, and the artisan frother pulls textured silky microfoam at just under 65°C — the temperature where milk is sweetest before scalding. Pour straight from the machine into a cappuccino glass and you can do basic latte art on the first try. When the carafe is empty, lift it off and put it in the fridge — the milk stays fresh between sessions.

The touch panel keeps things calm. Six pre-set drinks, an amber LED status strip that tells you what stage the machine is in (heating, grinding, brewing, frothing), and a custom mode that remembers your dial-in. Bean hopper holds 250 g, water tank 1.4 L — enough for a full Sunday brunch run without refills.
