52,000 BTU 4+1 Burner Gas Grill — Stainless Steel Outdoor BBQ

Friday-night BBQ just got a serious upgrade. A commercial-grade 4+1 burner gas grill, built for the way Maltese homes actually entertain — long evenings, plenty of food, plenty of people on the terrace.

Four 10,000 BTU stainless-steel tube burners run the length of a 59×42 cm main grilling surface. Big enough for eight thick-cut chops, a whole lampuki, or the full Friday ftira spread laid out at once. A fifth 8,000 BTU side burner lives on the right wing, perfect for simmering a pan of caponata or searing something off the main grate. Total output: 52,000 BTU.

The lid hides a built-in thermometer so you are not guessing at 180°C. Impulse ignition fires each burner independently — no matches, no flare-ups. The folding side shelves fold down for storage and out when you are plating. All four caster wheels lock, so it will not walk across a sloped limestone terrace.

Specs that matter on a Malta terrace: porcelain-enamel cooking grates that handle sea-air corrosion, 304 stainless hood and control panel, black powder-coated cabinet that hides a standard LPG cylinder out of sight. Compact for a four-burner: 70×44 cm with the side shelves folded, 135 cm wide when fully open.

IMPORTANT — LPG regulator: the grill ships with a 50 mbar regulator. Malta runs on the 30 mbar I3+ standard, so you will need to swap the included regulator for a Malta-certified 30 mbar unit (around €20 from any local gas supplier) and we strongly recommend having a gas technician verify the injector orifices before first use. Gas safety first — we will not ship this without making sure you have seen this note.
